That's it! the championship is over, I did a very good race and I'm very happy

I finish in 4h30 2 min better than Antwerp on a more difficult race course. I had a ok swim in 29' a fantastic fast bike in 2h11min (only 5 min more than most of the pros) and a 1h43 run a good time considering the injury in my leg

I finish 32 in my age group (over 138) and 369 overall (over 1800)
