finally we got an internet connection
........ trip went well, very long flight, very little space for the legs.... we got to Miami on saturday in the evening and got the car and went to the Lowes hotel in miami beaach, a very nice place, (see sunset from room). Weather is not very nice, coldish and windyMet Tommaso and Paolo on oceandrive after dinner and planned a bike+run training for sunday. left leg still in pain with the tendinitis and a global feeling of tireness (which I think is normal) let's hope tomorrow the feeling is better.

Have a good stay; you have to do only some taper these days and will see every pain will be gone away on race day.
