arrivati a CLEARWATER

Finally we arrived in Clearwater after more than 5h30 driving across Florida. It was a nice and long drive through the big cipress national park, some bridges on water and loads of highways and interstates. In the way here we stopped in Naples that is a lovely place, a very very nice town.
The hotel in clearwater is just above the swim start you can actually see it from the room. in the evening we had dinner in a tipical restaurant on the beach, very american and nice.
the athmosphere has changed from Miami, you can breath Ironman 70.3 world championship everywhere here. there are many athlets in the streets, they all look very fit. The pressure is getting higher, looking forward to try the swim and the bike course tomorrow, the run will have to wait another day as the tendinitis is still there.
